Privacy policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

Short version: the numbers you type into our calculators never leave your device. We use Google AdSense to show ads, which uses cookies as described below.

1. Who we are

This privacy policy explains how HomeMathly ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://homemathly.com, handles information when you use the site. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information you enter into calculators

All calculations run locally in your web browser using JavaScript. The figures you enter — prices, income, debts and so on — are not sent to our servers, not stored by us and not shared with anyone.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertising, which helps keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to serve ads and measure their performance.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent through a consent message before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time using the privacy settings link shown by that message.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop the calculators from working.

5. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for advertising cookies and on our legitimate interests for basic security logs. You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

6. US state privacy rights

Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information in the traditional sense. To opt out of personalized advertising, use the Google and industry opt-out links above or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser where supported. You can also contact us with any request.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. External links

We link to official government sources and other websites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
